Handmade Christmas Stockings

This year I couldn't stop making stockings . They are so much cooler than store ones. Last year I made stockings for Ruslan and Scrappy,and couple more for Mom and Dad and Sister. This Christmas people got them as gifts from me and my fam. I enjoyed making them so much that I already have giant stocking project for next year and need to go fabric shopping asap while all those holiday fabrics are on sale. Anyways let the show begin!

1 st Birtday!

Rus turned one! I still cant believe  that he's one year old and running , climbing, dancing and talking in his baby language!

Руслану исполнился годик!!! Я досих пор не могу поверить что он бегает, лазит, танцуеь и болтает на своем детском языке,а всего 12 месяцев назад он был таким маленьким кохотным комочком сопящим у меня на руках.

Подумаешь, я еще и вышивать могу.. и на машинке тоже../ Cross stitching

Да-да  вышивать могу, люблю но надолго меня не хватает, поэтому на совершенно простые рисунки уходят месяца. А некоторые начинаю, а потом забрасываю на год, нахожу, вышиваю еще немного и опять в ящик. Наверное нет усидчивости, результат хочется как можно быстрее. Мебель красить я люблю, раз  два, день другой и готово. А крестиком долго... но все равно люблю..   Этот набор вышила маме  на кухню. Хотелось чего-то яркого, и нашлась оранжевая гамма, с Хэллоуином не связано, скорее с кофе. Выпьешь кофе, зарядишься энергией и вот все такое в оранжевом, сумасшедшим пляшет.)

На полотенцах  Рисунок одинаковый, цвета разные.

I also can cross stitch. Like doing it, but often start a pattern, and it takes me months to finish it. start, do a little and put it in the drawer for another year. I think I just like seeing results as soon as possible, painting furniture is another thing, day , two and its done. Result is visible and touchable  Cross stitching ... not so much.. But love it anyway.

I made this set for mommy. Two kitchen towels have the same pattern but in different colors. Wanted something bright and  picked orange. No .. not Hallowing inspired, its more like coffee to me. Have a cup , get energy and the world all orange dancing crazy.

Girly girl -girly doll/ Девчачая кукла

This girly doll I made for my lil sister,not so little any more, height is above average, weight depends on amount of sweets devoured in last 24 hours. it turned out all pink and blue sitting on pillows.Was finishing pillowcases in a rush before my mom left, so didn't have a chance to take pictures with pillows inside. All together they look really good and the main thing my sister loved it!

Эту девочку- куколку я сделала для своей маленькой сестры, не такой уж и маленькой, рост выше моего, а вес колеблется от количества сьеденных конфет, но маленькой потому что младшей. Кукла получилась вся такая розовая с голубым сидящяя на подушках. Наволочки шила в спешке, перед маминым отездом,поэтому сфотографировать одетыми на подушки не успела. Но все вместе, такой набор, смотрится хорошо, а главное сестре понравилось!

Gift/ Подарок :)

Around two weeks ago I had my 23d birthday)  Girl's getting older! In early morning my hubby and Scrappy(puppy) woke me up with flowers, gifts and kisses! Oh, I love waking up like that! It's been a tradition in my family to say Happy Birthday as early as someone gets up! For example if my sister had b-day , and mom would wake up first she would wake up averybody else and we all with presents and flowers would go to my lil sister room and say Happy Birthday! 

It was such a nice thing for my husband to do ! )
